POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations for multiple AE locations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role provides both strategic and hands-on leadership to supervisors and production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. field (Master’s preferred).</li> </ul> COMPENSATION: As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $145,000 to $180,000 per year.
