You'll play a key role in horizon scanning, identifying requirements, challenging existing approaches, and drafting procedures and work Instructions for the assigned verticals, bringing them to BAU-ready level, ensuring that the company and our merchants adhere to the highest standards of integrity risk management.</span><span> </span></p> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Day-to-day responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Accountable for assigned existing or emerging verticals and business models.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Participate and Risk-led projects on strategic portfolio expansions: new/emerging markets and products offered by Worldline.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Design Risk procedures & requirements for the assigned verticals and business models before handover in BAU, covering end to end processes, onboarding, periodic review, risk modeling rules, etc.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Monitor, interpret, and implement all regulatory and payment schemes rules and updates, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed promptly.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Facilitate training sessions for other internal stakeholders on SOP&WI before handing them over to BAU risk teams.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Guide and oversee exceptional onboarding or periodic review processes executed by Risk Operations for current opportunities in assigned verticals and business models.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Perform portfolio monitoring under assigned verticals and business models before handover to BAU risk teams.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Define processes to be applied for the assigned verticals and business models to ensure oversight and control (including but not limited to AML factors / MCC or industry level).</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• SPOC in engagements with 2nd Line teams (Local/Group Compliance, MRM, Scheme Licensing) for the assigned verticals.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Horizon scanning to identify new trends in business models and emerging industry risks.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Define a risk-based approach for assigned High-Risk Verticals Present and provide updates to Management & Regulators.</span><br><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">• Support outreach and engagement efforts with partners, flagship merchants, and the sales team, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
