The Opportunity This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to shape and develop a high-performing function during a significant period of transformation. With the implementation of a new ERP system and the continued evolution of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, you will lead teams across Purchasing, Stores and Material Control, driving improvements in supplier performance, inventory management, operational effectiveness and customer service. Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain you will work closely with stakeholders across Andor and the wider Oxford Instruments Group to develop capability, strengthen processes and deliver a resilient and scalable supply chain function.
