Identify performance gaps affecting passenger experience, safety, or operational continuity.</p> <h4><strong>Operational Performance Improvement</strong></h4> <p>Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime, improving reliability, and enhancing facilities effectiveness. Support root‑cause analysis and corrective action planning.</p> <h4><strong>Maintenance Effectiveness Assessment</strong></h4> <p>Assess the effectiveness of maintenance programs by reviewing work orders, response times, repeat failures, and service outcomes.
