Administration</strong><br>Administer the airport CMMS by maintaining asset registers, equipment hierarchies, preventive maintenance plans, job plans, and system parameters, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>User Access & System Support</strong><br>Manage CMMS user access, roles, and permissions, and provide day‑to‑day system support to maintenance teams, supervisors, and managers.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Maintenance Data & Work Order Management</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Work Order Lifecycle Control</strong><br>Monitor and support the full lifecycle of maintenance work orders, ensuring requests are properly logged, prioritised, updated, closed, and documented in the system.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Preventive Maintenance Scheduling</strong><br>Support the setup, scheduling, and monitoring of preventive maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are generated and executed in line with approved maintenance plans.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Data Quality, Reporting & Analysis</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Data Quality Assurance</strong><br>Ensure integrity and quality of CMMS data by conducting regular audits, identifying gaps or inconsistencies, and coordinating corrective actions with maintenance teams.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Maintenance Reporting & KPIs</strong><br>Generate standard and ad‑hoc CMMS reports covering work order performance, asset history, preventive maintenance compliance, and maintenance backlogs to support decision‑making.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Coordination & Continuous Improvement</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Maintenance Team Coordination</strong><br>Act as the interface between maintenance teams, supervisors, managers, and IT support to ensure the CMMS records.</p> <p><strong>Experience supporting maintenance teams and supervisors</strong>, providing CMMS training, data support, reporting, and ensuring system usage aligns with maintenance
