This role coordinates logistics and distribution activities, develops and improves material flow processes, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across Operations, Purchasing, Materials, Quality, Manufacturing, and external suppliers.</div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Cómo debería ser tu experiencia:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering, International Trade, or a related field. </li> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar logistics, shipping, receiving, or materials management supervisory role.</li> <li>SAP (Logistics, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory).</li> <li>Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Script creation and modification.</li> <li>Lean Manufacturing principles.</li> <li>Value Stream Mapping (VSM) interpretation and analysis.</li> <li>Process mapping tools (Flowcharts, Turtle Diagrams, etc.).</li> <li>Problem-solving methodologies (5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Ishikawa, etc.). </li> </ul> <div> <h2> </h2> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <h3>Daily Activities</h3> <ul> <li>Manage and allocate workforce resources, including scheduling, time-off requests, and vacations.</li> <li>Monitor late deliveries and logistics performance from third-party logistics providers (GLOG).</li> <li>Maintain and follow up on QCPC records related to logistics service performance.</li> <li>Prioritize and escalate customer orders, receipts, and shipments as needed.</li> <li>Organize and execute cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy. </li> </ul> <h3>Periodic Activities</h3> <ul> <li>Monitor orders and excess material returns managed by the warehouse team.</li> <li>Implement material flow and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> <li>Update material replenishment and distribution routes.</li> <li>Analyze inventory variances and Work-In-Process (WIP) performance. </li> </ul> <h3>Occasional Activities</h3> <ul> <li>Maintain and clean system data and transactions.</li> <li>Conduct and support safety training sessions.</li> </ul> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencias</b></H2> </div><div><div>SET: estrategia, ejecución, talento (para gerentes)</div></div></div></div>
