This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician or test professional who enjoys working in a lab environment, running product qualification tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with quality and engineering teams.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What You’ll Do</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Perform electrical, environmental, vibration, and mechanical testing on relays and electromechanical products</li> <li>Prepare and assemble test samples using hand tools and soldering equipment</li> <li>Operate and collect data from oscilloscopes, DMMs, environmental chambers, and automated test systems</li> <li>Record, review, and validate test data to ensure compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory standards</li> <li>Assist with test documentation and reports as needed</li> <li>Coordinate routine maintenance and calibration of lab and test equipment</li> <li>Follow lab safety, quality, and documentation procedures</li> <li>Work closely with the Lab Supervisor and Quality team on ongoing reliability programs</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Schedule:</strong><br>Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (some flexibility; overtime may be required occasionally)</p> <p><strong>Sign-on Bonus of $1,500.00 offered. </strong></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Tools &amp; Equipment Used:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Small Hand Tools (screwdriver, wrench, pliers, etc.)</li> <li>Soldering Tools</li> <li>Relay Test Fixtures</li> <li>Computer</li> <li>Computerized Test Equipment</li> <li>Hearing Protection</li> <li>Temperature Chambers</li> <li>Microsoft Excel</li> <li>Microprocessor/programing experience a plus, but not required</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>Other Duties May Include:</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>May be required to prepare and/or assist in the preparation of Test Reports</li> <li>May be required to be trained to perform other Quality and Reliability functions as needed or deemed appropriate</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Technical Degree or 2+ years of hands‑on technical experience in: Electrical testing,Reliability testing, Lab / Test / Manufacturing environments</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Fundamental understanding of electrical or electromechanical systems</li> <li>Comfortable using measurement tools and test equipment</li> <li>Good soldering skills and manual dexterity</li> <li>Ability to read and interpret drawings, prints, and test instructions</li> <li>Familiarity with test documentation and data recording</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures</li> <li>Basic computer skills (Excel required; Word/PowerPoint helpful)</li> <li>Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Nice to Have (Not Required)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience with relays or electromechanical components</li> <li>Exposure to vibration or environmental testing</li> <li>Microprocessor or basic programming exposure</li> <li>Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven environments</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><a name="_MailAutoSig"></a>This position requires access to information that is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
