<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Job Summary</b></u></H2> </div><div><ul> <p>The Compliance Analyst is responsible to analyze, review and report on the end-to-end processes on SAP in accordance with policies, procedures, industry best practices and governmental laws and regulations.</p> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><u><b>Job Responsibilities 1</b></u></H2> </div><div><ul> <p>Identify areas of compliance – Company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, etc. </p> <p></p> <p>Conduct functional analyses and reviews including Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, HR and Payroll, Commercial and Cost Control to identify areas of non-compliance and advise mitigations to address non-compliance.</p> <p></p> <p>Investigate reports with compliance issues, irregularities, and violations. </p> <p></p> <p>Communicate non-compliance with respective departments and ensure corrective actions are complied with. </p> <p></p> <p>Ensure tracking tools are maintained and that these are sufficient to act as an audit trail for the purposes of internal or other audits/investigations. </p> <p></p> <p>Advise and create process and system improvements based on investigations and observations. </p> <p>Monitor standards that ensure that all records and documents are maintained according to policies and procedures.</p> <p></p> <p>Follow up on recommendations for non-compliance in relation to the timeframe for implementation.</p> <p></p> <p>Monitor performance by updating performance scorecard issuance monthly. </p> <p></p> <p>Plan and coordinate training on compliance matters as required and recommended.</p> <p></p> <p>Notify policy custodians of any suggested changes to improve policies and procedures.
