They create detailed plans andschedules, oversee progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure the project is completed successfully.</p> <p>Lead and oversee teams of data scientists, engineers, and designers, ensuring effective communicationand collaboration. Manage resource allocation and provide the necessary support for team members.<br>Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders—executives, clients, and partners. Collect andprioritize their requirements and expectations and provide regular updates and reports on the AI project'sprogress and results.</p> <p>Ensure AI solutions are developed following best practices and organizational standards. Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum is oftenrequired.<br>Ability to use performance data to drive continuous improvement processes and enhance projectoutcomes.</p> <p>Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI to leverage new technologies andstrategies for business value.<br>Experience in developing and managing budgets, and effectively securing and allocating resources,including technology and talent.</p> <p>Skills to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and designers.This involves facilitating collaboration, providing support, and resolving conflicts.</p> <p>Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, clients, and teammembers.
