About this role
<p>As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in building, further developing and operationally implementing our Compliance Management System with a focus on ISO 37301. You will act as a sparring partner for management and specialist departments and ensure that compliance is not only documented, but truly lived throughout the organization.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities: </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Further develop and maintain the Compliance Management System in accordance with ISO 3730</li> <li>Monitor regulatory developments and ensure their implementation within the company</li> <li>Plan and conduct risk analyses and derive appropriate measures</li> <li>Implement, monitor and continuously improve compliance processes and policies</li> <li>Collaborate internationally with colleagues, external advisors, authorities and associations on relevant compliance topics</li> <li>Prepare for and support internal and external audits</li> <li>Train and raise awareness among employees and managers</li> <li>Manage and further develop the whistleblowing system</li> <li>Prepare KPIs and reports for management and relevant stakeholders</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile: </strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Completed (technical) university degree, preferably in law, business law, economics or a comparable qualification</li> <li>Relevant practical experience and in-depth knowledge in the areas of compliance and governance, ideally within a complex group structure</li> <li>Sound knowledge of ISO 37301 and of setting up Compliance Management Systems</li> <li>Experience with internal controls, audits and risk management</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working</li> <li>Strong communication and assertiveness skills at all hierarchical levels</li> <li>Excellent German and English skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
