<p><strong>Your tasks</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform regular and ad-hoc supplier audits and manage the follow-up and verification of audit measures</li> <li>Support and drive improvement programs in case of supplier escalation issues</li> <li>Participate in regular supplier quality meetings and business review meetings</li> <li>Act as an active member of the congatec internal audit team</li> <li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations departments, Purchasing, Quality, etc.) and suppliers to ensure robust and stable manufacturing and quality processes</li> <li>Support congatec projects in implementing customer project requirements (APQP, PPAP) and preparing test coverage reports</li> <li>Review and approve electronic manufacturer control plans, process flows and Process FMEAs together with internal stakeholders</li> <li>Support onboarding projects of new electronic manufacturing suppliers, ensuring robust qualification and seamless integration into existing quality systems</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your profile</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Degree in engineering (e.g. Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering) or comparable technical qualification</li> <li>Several years of experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT/PCBA) or electronic manufacturing environment</li> <li>Solid understanding of key electronics standards, e.g. IPC-A-610, IPC-A-600, IPC-J-STD-001</li> <li>Good understanding of key mechanical manufacturing topics such as: Surface treatment and cleaning, Verification of inspection processes, Dimensional deviations and surface issues, Impact of thermal performance on product quality</li> <li>Strong expertise in 8D methodology, FMEA and process control for electronic and mechanical processes</li> <li>Completed auditor training and qualification (minimum requirement ISO9001)</li> <li>Proven experience in auditing suppliers according to VDA 6.3</li> <li>Strong process-oriented mindset and profound knowledge of ISO 9001</li> <li>Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working with strong communication skills in an international environment</li> <li>Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage</li> </ul>
