About this role
<p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Ownership of Americas (AMA) business strategy for Sales and Marketing</li> <li>Leadership and mentoring for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development employees</li> <li>Oversee daily operations, including overall responsibility for company’s employees, shared with Operational Regional VP</li> <li>Internal and external representation of the company</li> <li>Leadership in cross-department collaboration</li> <li>Signature authority in accordance with group signature rules and local legal requirements</li> <li>Participation in congatec´s strategic planning and decisions</li> <li>Preparation of Americas (AMA) part of company’s budget and forecasts</li> <li>Ensuring company compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and other applicable regulations under guidance of corporate compliance</li> <li>Ensuring company compliance with applicable rules and regulations of congatec group</li> </ul> <p>Specific department responsibilities: </p> <ul> <li>Sales, Marketing, and Business Development</li> </ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <ul> <li>$250,000 - $300,000 On Target Earnings</li> </ul>
