About this role
<p>For our team (aReady.VT; aReady.IOT) we are looking for a "Team-Leader Software" to lead an international team of developers.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Tasks</strong></span>:</p> <ul> <li>leading an international team of Software Developers</li> <li>collaboration with Product Management in defining new features</li> <li>development of technical realization concepts/software architecture</li> <li>development and maintenance of our aReady product line</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Profile:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Software Engineering or equivalent</li> <li>minimum of 8 years professional experience in a related field as well as experienced in leading a team</li> <li>Senior Software Developer for C, C++, HTML and JavaScript</li> <li>significant experience with different operating systems as a developer (e.g. implementation of device drivers or kernel development) as well as a user (Linux/Unix, Windows, various real-time operating systems)</li> <li>experience with software architecture and virtualization (Intel VT-x, AMD SVM)</li> <li>knowledge of real-time and industrial control systems and industry 4.0</li> <li>security experience (Cyber Security, e.g. IEC 62443)</li> <li>good communication and presentation skills</li> <li>modern and confident leadership style</li> </ul>
