<p><strong>At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. </strong></p> <p></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Shifts Available</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p>3rd shift works Monday through Friday from 11 pm to 7 am and receives a 10% shift differential </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b></b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <p><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities: </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Successfully perform all functions of Stamping Operator I</li> <li>Move within a team setting to keep stamping presses running.</li> <li>Set up stamping dies and presses and perform the die work necessary to produce a quality part</li> <li>Perform in press change overs</li> <li>Perform all the quality checks necessary to produce quality product</li> <li>Make stock changes and stock dies</li> <li>Assist in setting up auxiliary equipment needed to run presses</li> <li>Remove jams and perform minor die repair work</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Education / Experience: </u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Ideal candidate will have successfully completed one (1) year as a Stamping Operator I</li> <li>Must successfully complete a print reading and precision measuring skills review by the position supervisor</li> <li>High school diploma/GED</li> <li>Math skills and computer skills</li> <li>Must have successfully completed the Die Design & Theory course and passed the associated exam</li> <li>Must successfully demonstrate and complete a die change-over to the point where a strip is out of the die</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Physical Requirements:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift and carry a maximum weight of 40 lbs.</li> <li>Must be able to push a peak force of 69 lbs.</li> <li>Must be able to pull a peak force of 80 lbs.</li> <li>Frequent standing and walking throughout the day is required in this job</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div><p><strong>ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY</strong></p> <p>TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
