Sourcing & Procurement Execution</p> <p>• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process for jigs and fixtures across the entire manufacturing process, including molding, stamping, plating, assembly, testing, etc.<br>• Execute RFQ, quotation analysis, cost breakdown, negotiation, and PO placement<br>• Ensure on-time delivery to support production and project milestones</p> <p>2. Scope & Coverage</p> <p>• Responsible for sourcing activities for Guangdong and Zhuhai plants</p> <p>3. Supplier Development & Management</p> <p>• Develop and qualify suppliers for jigs and fixtures, with strong capabilities in machining and tooling design<br>• Build and maintain a competitive and sustainable supplier base<br>• Monitor and continuously improve supplier performance in Cost, Quality, and Delivery (CQD)</p> <p>4. Cost Management & Optimization</p> <p>• Drive cost reduction through competitive bidding and resourcing strategies<br>• Analyze cost drivers including materials, machining processes, and manufacturing methods to identify saving opportunities<br>• Support cost optimization for repeat buys and standard parts sourcing</p> <p>5. Cross-functional Collaboration</p> <p>• Collaborate closely with Engineering (ME/PE/MPDE), Quality, and Operations teams<br>• Understand drawings, BOM, and machining processes to support sourcing decisions<br>• Participate in supplier technical evaluation and capability assessments</p> <p>6. Project & NPI Support</p> <p>• Support sourcing activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects<br>• Track sourcing progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and ramp-up plans<br>• Handle urgent requirements and mitigate production-related supply risks</p> <p>7. Process Compliance</p> <p>• Follow company procurement policies and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes<br>• Support supplier onboarding, contract management, and audits<br>• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in ERP/SAP systems</p> <p>8. Business Impact & Targets</p> <p>• Annual purchasing volume: ~$3M USD (~4,500 POs)<br>• Hard saving target: >4% annually<br>• Drive long-tail spend consolidation, shifting low-value/high-volume transactions to non-touch or automation channels<br>• Work with category managers to identify synergies and drive additional savings<br>• Provide flexible support to other BUs/plants in China as needed<br> <br>Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge</p> <p>• Full time bachelor’s degree, engineering preferred<br>• Have sourcing experience with solid knowledge of sourcing process and SAP, better having experience for multiple plants <br>• Minimum 5-year working experience in procurement or engineering area<br>• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in matrix environment<br>• Direct/indirect candidates are both fine, equipment/engineering/tooling sourcing experience would be plus <br>• Customer focus and continuous improvement attitude<br>• Candidates should be clear about his/her career interest to match this role</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
