You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Main Tasks and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Develop, maintain, and improve <strong>EOL functional test systems</strong></li> <li>Define and optimize <strong>test sequences, limits, and acceptance criteria</strong></li> <li>Support and improve <strong>sensor calibration processes</strong></li> <li>Configure and maintain <strong>vision-based inspection systems</strong> (camera/AOI at EOL)</li> <li>Analyze failures and perform <strong>root cause analysis</strong></li> <li>Improve <strong>yield, test robustness, and cycle time</strong></li> <li>Work closely with operators and technicians to ensure <strong>smooth production execution</strong></li> <li> <div>LabVIEW maintenance, including the ability to perform minor adjustments, implement updates and effectively troubleshoot issues as needed</div> </li> <li>Drive <strong>continuous improvement</strong> using production data</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Ideal Background</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Degree in <strong>Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics</strong>, or similar</li> <li>Experience in a <strong>manufacturing or production environment</strong></li> <li>Prior experience with <strong>LabVIEW </strong>(with solid debugging and problem-solving skills)</li> <li>Experience with <strong>test automation and data logging</strong></li> <li>Strong understanding of: <ul> <li>Electronic measurements and signal behavior</li> <li>Sensor characteristics (accuracy, drift, noise)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Hands-on experience with: <ul> <li><strong>EOL testing and functional test systems</strong></li> <li>Calibration of electronic or sensor products</li> </ul> </li> <li>Experience with <strong>industrial vision systems</strong> (e.g., Cognex, Keyence, Omron or similar)</li> <li>Knowledge of <strong>statistical analysis or yield improvement</strong></li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>MES or traceability systems is a nice to have (but not mandatory)</strong></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
