At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>Coordinates and monitors project and support teams to ensure timely implementation of organizational projects. </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p> <p><strong>Tooling & Compliance Project Management </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage end-to-end tooling & connector projects including design, development, validation, and implementation phases </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Coordinate and resolve customer technical requests in collaboration with internal engineering and quality teams </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Drive UL certification and regulatory compliance processes for tools and new products </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li> Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage vendor and supplier relationships for tooling components and materials </li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and outcome reports </li> </ul> <p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration & NPI Project Management </strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure.</li> <li>Responsible for planning, execution & delivery of complex projects</li> <li>Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to align project goals and deliverables </li> <li>Periodically communicate with project stakeholders such as FAE/sales, PM and operations throughout the lifecycle of the projects to make sure all parties' objectives are aligned</li> <li>Lead core team to identify the risks, issues, and manage the associated corrective action plans.</li> <li>Track and report project metrics, milestones, and status updates to key stakeholders </li> <li>Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency-driven solutions </li> <li>Build cross-functional relationships that support future transition into NPI leadership responsibilities </li> <li>Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objectives</li> <li>Organize, lead and motivate project team</li> </ul> <p><strong>What your background should look like:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or plus in engineering or in Business administration</li> <li>A minimum of 6 years professional experience & at least 3 years in Project Management with a proven track record of successful Delivery, Project roll-out.</li> <li>Experience in mechanical engineering or knowledge of manufacturing processes related to connector & tooling design is a plus.</li> <li>Demonstrate successful problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Fluency, written & spoken in English.</li> <li>Good presentation and excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Team spirit</li> <li>A conceptual thinker with strong attention to detail</li> </ul> PMP is preferred.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)</div></div></div></div>
