Work wiht footprint PJM and Sourcing to Identify project goal and scope and requirements for migration project<br>3. Work with Sourcing and PBL supplier for qualition, get engineering support if needed<br>4. Workout project framework/timeline, use WBS to identify deliveriables and tasks in projects.<br>5. Lead to work out project capital and expenses spending plan, capacity plan, cost model and project P&L (W/O PJM)<br>6. Workout project tooling development or migration timeline, including tooling development (or transfer) and qualification, sample making and delivery, product qualification and GTP<br>7. Track RFQ progrss and project status (win or drop)</p> <p> </p> <p>Project Execution<br>1. After project officially kickoff, setup project team including supplier and balance the resources against project task requirements<br>2. Lead TE cross function team and PBL supplier to workout project timeline and track actual progress to ensure all tasks on schedule (design / sample / qualifcation etc.)<br>3. Stay interlocked with PjM, review and monitor projects progress and drive for implemention. Ensure successful execution to overall project timeline<br>4. Support tooling order and / or sample order to supplier<br>5. As project leader to lead Micro Lite project and QNPI<br>6. As project leader to lead PBL internal migration project<br>7. Support footprint PJM to be receiving side project leader (move from plant to supplier<br>8. Drive sample delivery on time, drive qualification and production document on schedule<br>9. Follow system setup and safe launch on time</p> <p> </p> <p>Project tracking and presentation<br>1. Track project execution against plan, balance the priorities<br>2. Call regular review meeting, organize whole team to improve bottleneck tasks <br>3. Present project progress to management team, highlight risk and support needed</p> <p><br>Project go to production<br>1. Lead safe launch process audit <br>2. Hold ramp up and project close meeting to transfer the project to mass production<br>3.
