Work with PM/PJM and PDE to understand customer NPI requirements </li> <li>Work with footprint PJM and Sourcing to Identify project goal and scope and requirements for migration project </li> <li>Work with Sourcing and PBL supplier for Qualification, get engineering support if needed </li> <li>Workout project framework/timeline, use WBS to identify deliverables and tasks in projects </li> <li>Lead to work out project capital and expenses spending plan, capacity plan, cost model and project P&L (W/O PJM) </li> <li>Workout project tooling development or migration timeline, including tooling development (or transfer) and qualification, sample making and delivery, product qualification and GTP </li> <li>Stay interlocked with PjM, review and monitor projects progress and drive for implementation. Ensure successful execution to overall project timeline </li> <li>Support tooling order and / or sample order to supplier, lead Micro Lite project and QNPI </li> <li>Drive sample delivery on time, drive qualification and production document on schedule, system setup and safe launch on time </li> <li>Responsible for defining & managing the project scope, budget, resource, schedule, change, Risk, communication </li> <li>Identify the risks, issue, and manage the associated corrective action plans, addressing and resolving issues/impediments in project. </li> <li>Lead the decision-making process at project level. </li> <li>Stakeholder management – Manages stakeholder expectations. Setting up cadence with stakeholders for smooth execution of projects. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering.(Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics) </li> <li>A minimum of 10 years professional experience & at least 5 years in Project Management experience in industrial product / Hardware domain. </li> <li>Distributed & multi-cultural global team management experience </li> <li>Experience in Terminal and connector industry or products. </li> <li>Understanding of manufacturing processes (Molding, stamping, plating). </li> <li>Certified PMP or equivalent project management certifications. </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)</div></div></div></div>
