At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Overview</b></H2> </div><div><p>Reporting to the Quality Systems Supervisor, the training Specialist in the Training Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of our training programs for employees in TE connectivity.</p> <p>Training Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and evaluate training materials and procedures, while also supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality management system.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support day-to-day activities in the training department.</li> <li>Provide guidance the team in support of the day-to-day deliverables.</li> <li>Own Investigation of root cause and implementation of effective actions to prevent re-occurrence of compliance issues.</li> <li>Training Material Creation: Create and maintain training materials to support effective learning outcomes.</li> <li>Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions for employees including induction training, ensuring content is delivered clearly and comprehensively, and providing guidance and support as needed.</li> <li>Training Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments review, and performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.</li> <li>Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to training and quality management and ensure training programs are compliant with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 13485, MDSAP requirements…).</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Quality Operations, Manufacturing, and Human Resources, to integrate training initiatives into overall quality and compliance strategies.</li> <li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the training department and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.</li> <li>Support Audits and own actions for CAPA, NC’s, Audit findings.</li> <li>Other tasks as directed by the Senior Quality Systems Engineer in line with company goals and objectives</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li>Level 7 degree in Science / Engineering / Quality Management or related fields essential or equivalent industry experience.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience in a Medical devices manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Experience within training or Quality systems department is desirable</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.</li> <li>Detail-oriented mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.</li> <li>Flexible highly motivated individual with the ability to work on their own initiative.</li> <li>Pro-active, practical and innovative approach to everyday activities.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of regulatory requirements and audits.</li> <li>Background and experience in medical devices would be an advantage.</li> <li>Computer literate, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
