Supports design<br>optimization for manufacturability, develops sample tooling and prototypes, and designs, qualifies, and documents tooling and processes to meet TE quality and production<br>standards. Ensures supplier capability and compliance, drives continuous improvement in quality, cost, and cycle time, and maintains full adherence to specifications, regulatory, and<br>customer requirements.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><p>Key Responsibilities: <br>- Drive the adoption of new technologies, processes, and automation for new NPI programs.<br>- Lead NPI and PTI activities, and collaborate closely with R&D, Manufacturing Engineer and Quality to maintain the highest controllable quality standards.<br>- Initiate process flows, process control plans, and ongoing process monitoring.<br>- Initiate process control sheets, work instructions, operation manuals, and production game plans.<br>- Drive productivity improvements and cost reduction initiatives.<br>- Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve in-production assembly processes, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, efficiency, cost, and environmental compliance.<br>- Specify jigs, fixtures, and tools for the new product, or the transfer product.<br>- Take responsibility for ***-Article and pre-production runs (FOR/PP runs).<br>- Support and implement engineering change requests (ECR/ECO).<br>- Perform process validation, including new process and new equipment/machine qualification.<br>- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above<br>- 5 - 10 years prior experience in electronics manufacturing or related field<br>- Professional in process improvement, process control and new process implementation<br>- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.<br>- Solid understanding of manufacturing process operations, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans.<br>- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, SPC implementation, and quality control methodologies.<br>- Basic to intermediate project planning and execution skills.<br>- Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949.<br>- Knowledge of applicable IEC and IPC standards.<br>- Proficient in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.<br>- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, effective teamwork, and demonstrated leadership potential.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)</div></div></div></div>
