Drive demand-to-supply translation, capacity planning, and supply execution while continuously improving delivery performance, working capital, and supply chain efficiency.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Requirements</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>• Understand customer demand, product lifecycle (NPI / Mature / EOL), and key requirements<br>• Translate demand into supply plan considering DC inventory, lead time, multi-source capacity, and customer requirements<br>• Drive demand signal improvement and stability across planning pipeline<br>• Lead demand-supply balancing and identify gaps, risks, and mitigation actions<br>• Understand supply status across sources including capacity, constraints and material readiness<br>• Drive supply improvement with PM (capacity planning), factory (efficiency), and procurement (material readiness)<br>• Improve delivery performance, supply reliability and service level<br>• Manage end-to-end inventory strategy across DC, plant and upstream<br>• Optimize cash performance (DOH, inventory value) and supply chain cost<br>• Balance trade-offs between service, inventory and cost<br>• Lead supply planning for NPI launches, migration projects and EOL management<br>• Partner with project teams and plants for ramp plan and supply readiness<br>• Manage transition risks and execution<br>• Lead and develop supply planning team<br>• Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, PM, Procurement and Manufacturing<br>• Ensure strong execution discipline and accountability</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field (good university preferred)<br>• 10-12 years’ Strong experience in supply planning / supply chain management with team management experience. <br>• Hands-on experience in SIOP, capacity planning and inventory management<br>• Experience managing product portfolio supply chain</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers)</div></div></div></div><p><strong>ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY</strong></p> <p>TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
