This role partners with cross-functional teams to support key commercial decisions and operational efficiency.</div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like:</b></H2> </div><div><div> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Manage the end-to-end quoting process for medical products, including: <ul> <li>Pricing</li> <li>Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)</li> <li>Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)</li> <li>Product-related data</li> </ul> </li> <li>Determine pricing for new and sustaining products using pricing analytics and standard pricing guidelines. </li> <li>Leverage internal data sources such as Epicor, GPMS, SAP, and other systems to support pricing decisions.</li> <li>Utilize automated financial models to improve efficiency and reduce quote turnaround time.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Purchasing to gather necessary data for price evaluation.</li> <li>Support the development and execution of competitive pricing strategies.</li> <li>Ensure quotes are completed within defined turnaround targets.</li> </ul> <div> <h2>Qualifications and Experience</h2> <h3>Experience</h3> <ul> <li>1–3 years of experience in pricing, finance, business analysis, or related roles.</li> <li>Industry experience in medical devices is not required.</li> </ul> <h3>Education</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (required).</li> </ul> <h3>Technical Skills</h3> <ul> <li>Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills (extensive use for analysis).</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Knowledge of quoting processes and pricing analysis.</li> </ul> <h3>Preferred Tools</h3> <ul> <li>SAP</li> <li>Epicor</li> <li>GPMS</li> <li>IBP</li> <li>Salesforce</li> <li>TPMS</li> </ul> </div> </div></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
