The TEOA Analyst will be responsible for the leading and guidance of the TEOA deployment projects for specific value streams within the Plant.</h4> <h4>The role also may cover support activities in other plant undergoing TEOA transformations in the business unit region.</h4> <h4>The TEOA Analyst will work within the TEOA implementation team to install TEOA tools and drive performance. He/she will act as the local subject matter expert for the TEOA tools and be responsible for all TEOA activity at the home site, this will include functional support areas such as S&amp;OP, Procurement, Logistics and all other functional support areas.</h4> <p>The candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Tasks Summary &amp; Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p> </p> <ul> <li>Support and mentor site based TEOA Practitioners / Kaizen Facilitators to enable them to succeed in the TEOA deployment.</li> <li>Manage and control individual project teams and deployment plans at both site and functional levels.</li> <li>Develop skill levels of practitioners and other site personnel in order to implement and sustain TEOA.</li> <li>Monitor progress against plans and achievement of continuous improvement and progression to higher star assessment levels.</li> <li>Monitor and report site level measurements and performance to star assessment levels.</li> <li>Lead the value stream project teams, develop value stream maps and execute the TEOA implementation plan for specific value streams to achieve the plant level TEOA metrics and goals whilst ensuring alignment to the business unit strategy.</li> <li>Create, plan, drive and follow-up of the TEOA implementation plan and ensure TEOA actions are visual to stakeholders and are driven to a sustainable closure.</li> <li>Facilitate TEOA Kaizen events throughout the site.</li> <li>Account for predicted savings and track, validate and post to the financial operating results.</li> <li>Provide leadership on lean thinking, lean processing and lean production.</li> <li>Train team members, management and staff in all TEOA tools.</li> <li>Replicates examples of excellence across site and communicates this to other TEOA Practitioners within business unit.</li> <li>Ensure that the changes are implemented.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Special Qualifications, Knowledge &amp; Skills</b></H2> </div><div><p>3 to 5 years of professional experience with focus on production, logistics or industrial engineering and economical knowledge or newly qualified Graduate</p> <p> </p> <table style="width:677.0px" border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:361.55pt" valign="top"> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in leading continuous improvement activities on site or value stream level (Lean Leader or similar function) preferred, however, full training in TEOA will be given (This maybe at a site away from home site and could involve some overseas travel).</li> <li>Previous hands-on and practical experience in using value stream mapping and implementing TEOA tools. Lead minimum 15 Kaizen events with proven results in at least following areas: 5S+1, Visual Factory, Standard Work, Quick Changeover and TPM preferred.</li> <li>Have the patience, perseverance and passion to drive the TEOA culture across the plant.</li> <li>Credibility and experience to work effectively and directly with the management team</li> <li>Excellent communication and coaching skills at all levels from the shop floor to top management (Strong team leader)</li> <li>Ability to think strategically and execute tactically (i.e. deliver results)</li> <li>Strong project management skills.</li> <li>Analytically minded and data-driven.
