At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>工作概况</b></H2> </div><div><p>Tasks Summary & Responsibilities (please enclose organizational charts)<br>- Deliver on all KPIs that help the business achieve its goal<br>- Lead and drive suppliers’ quality improvement continuously based on TE internal or customer requirements.<br>- Customer complaint handling, work with TE CQE or directly with customers for complaint and feedback to supplier, verify the root cause and follow up actions<br>- Investigate root cause of Quality issues and following through with timely and effective corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence for customer and internal issues. <br>- Regular quality system audit or process audit for suppliers.<br>- Supplier’s performance metrics development and report to top management<br>- Supplier performance assessment and training.<br>- CoPQ & Yield improvement; Management review and action implement.<br>- Define cosmetic standard and QIP dimension and drive suppliers to follow up <br>- Coordinate annual audit /onsite process audit when Quality issue or customer complaint arises<br>- NPI & Migration projects (BKM/GR&R/FAI/Safe Launch/Sample verification) follows and improvements/FAAR package preparation<br>- Follow the product development as APQP requirement and leading PPAP verification for process and production. <br>- Product process control(identify risk and work out mitigation plan)<br>- 5M1E change control verification, follow up approval process on customer side and implement process on supplier side<br>- Monitor supplier quality performance, summarize score card for supplier performance, request improvement for risk supplier.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>职位要求</b></H2> </div><div><p>Educational Degree B.S. degree (or above) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.<br>Professional Experience (years in what processes and function) 8+years’ working experience in supplier quality or in related quality function areas, working experience in connector, Cable assembly, Cage assembly, Antenna manufacturing is a plus.<br> Prefer have experience on Automotive Industry<br>Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills Have advanced knowledge of the supplier management, certified ISO9001/IATF16949 internal auditor is preferred. <br> Familiar with APQP, PPAP, Control Plan, SPC, FMEA. <br> Clear understanding of connector, cable assembly, antenna, busbar quality and requirements, including measurement techniques, would be a distinct advantage.<br> Strong root cause analytical and problem-solving skills like 8D, 5-Why and 5M1E. <br> Good knowledge in quality tools such as BKM, Cpk,8D<br> Demonstrated negotiation skills, good communication in bridging between TE and suppliers as quality side<br> Ability for periodic travel required.
