style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Identify and implement best practices for planning across multiple business units and plants.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Working knowledge of Supply Chain processes, Materials Resource Planning Systems, with added focus on manufacturing planning processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">At least 5 years' experience in supply chain with strong SAP process knowledge. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Extensive experience with SAP solutions</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, and Forecasting processes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
