The role provides <strong>PJM governance</strong> across the portfolio (standards, stage-gates, reviews, reporting) and owns <strong>business case creation, ROI forecasting, and benefits realization tracking</strong> to ensure measurable impact and financial transparency</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Roles & Responsibility:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>1) End-to-End Project Delivery (Supply Chain)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead cross-functional supply chain projects from <strong>initiation → planning → execution → closure → handover</strong>, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable results.</li> <li>Define project charters: <strong>scope, timelines, resources, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies</strong>, and stakeholder alignment.</li> <li>Drive <strong>risk management</strong> and <strong>change management</strong>, including impact assessments and mitigation plans to protect delivery and value.</li> <li>Manage project constraints and trade-offs across <strong>scope, timing, cost, and quality</strong>, and escalate decisively when required.</li> <li>Ensure robust closure: outcomes validated, documentation completed, learnings captured, and ownership transitioned to operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2) PJM Governance & Portfolio Management (PMO-style ownership)</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Establish and run <strong>project governance cadence</strong> (portfolio reviews, steering updates, decision forums), ensuring alignment and timely decisions.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to <strong>stage-gate / gate review processes</strong>, including preparation quality, readiness checks, and compliance.</li> <li>Own and continuously improve PJM standards: templates, best practices, reporting definitions, and operating rhythm across projects.</li> <li>Provide leadership visibility through <strong>KPIs and dashboards</strong>, enabling proactive management of risks, capacity, and value delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3) Financial Steering, ROI Planning & Benefits Realization</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Build and maintain project <strong>business cases</strong> (cost/benefit analysis), including baseline assumptions, benefit levers, and ROI forecast.</li> <li>Track financial performance: <strong>actuals vs plan</strong>, variance drivers, corrective actions, and benefit realization status (savings, cost avoidance, productivity gains).</li> <li>Create financial transparency via standard reporting, partnering with Finance and stakeholders to validate impact and sustain gains.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4) Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Act as the central coordination point across <strong>Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Quality, Finance, Digital/IT</strong>, and business stakeholders.</li> <li>Communicate crisply to leadership: progress, blockers, decisions required, risks, and ROI status; influence without authority to keep delivery on track.</li> </ul> <p><strong>5) Continuous Improvement & Transformation Mindset</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Identify “pain points” and convert them into structured initiatives delivering measurable outcomes (cost, service, quality, productivity).</li> <li>Apply Lean / CI practices and drive standard work, governance discipline, and continuous improvement culture in project teams.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Desired Candidate Profile:</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Preferred:</strong> Graduates from <strong>IIM / IIT</strong> (or equivalent Tier-1 institutions).</li> <li>Master’s degree in <strong>Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations / Business Administration / Engineering</strong> (or related field) preferred.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of <strong>MS Office</strong>;
