Drive for excellence, ability to move from conclusions to actions to improve processes, combined with good communication skills characterize a perfect candidate for this position.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li> Building solutions in Celonis EMS (application tools, reports, etc.) that help end to end functions across global FSC in their daily work<br>• Improving automated data pipeline of extraction, transfer, and load (ETL). <br>• Maintaining system integrations and creating re-usable collateral, best practices & tools within reporting center<br>• Designing and developing the technical requirements of Celonis based on the approved Use Cases business process requirements from the FSC operations, aligned with the Celonis project pipeline<br>• Analyzing data & trends to manage use cases and propose for improving opportunities<br>• Being the point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc data and analytics requests<br>• Continuously enabling users by providing best practices and tips on tool usage including conducting technical trainings• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and research skills with attention to detail<br>• Passion for identifying and solving issues using quantitative approaches and translating insights into actionable recommendations<br>• Proactive approach to process mining and other analytical tasks<br>• Ability to balance a fast-paced working environment with the need for precision, while applying pragmatism to solve data-related issues and achieve fast results if needed<br>• Very good SQL Knowledge, along with proficiency in SAP, Oracle ERP solutions<br>• At least 1 year of practical experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Data Science<br>• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluent business English<br>• Additional programming skills (e.g., R, Python) and experience with Google BigQuery are a plus<br>• Experience in Process Mining, familiarity with Celonis or Signavio is a big plus</li> <li> Gradution is must</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
