Develops more sophisticated simulation methods.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>KEY RESPONSBILITIES:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <p>8-10 years of industry experience. </p> <p>Knowledge on Non-Linear structural, dynamics, thermal & electrothermal analysis. </p> <p>Knowledge on material science (Metals, Plastics & hyper elastic material) and implement for simulation. </p> <p>Correlation of Test and simulation data / results. </p> <p>Validate concept designs using simulation techniques and determine design robustness, critical to function requirements. </p> <p>Position will perform analysis of electrical connector systems in response to requests from Engineering and Sales functions. </p> <p>Deploy FEA Techniques – implicit and explicit approach, using Software tools like Ansys majorly on Nonlinear static, dynamics, thermal and electrothermal analysis. </p> <p>Translate actual problem to Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model, interpret analysis results and select best solution </p> <p>Monitor and evaluate simulation software capabilities and industry trends. </p> <p>Deploy standardized process and work methodology </p> <p>Train and develop capability of the team to be a multi-skilled resource pool. </p> <p>Benchmark implement productivity improvement methods. </p> <p>Track monitor metrics for sustained performance covering quality & delivery. </p> <p>Collaborate with design & validation teams to enhance the design optimization. </p> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What your background should look like</b></H2> </div><div><p>Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Competencies</b></H2> </div><div><div>Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork</div></div></div></div>
