<p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Research position in Precision Immuno-Oncology (fellow)</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">The <strong>Precision Immuno-Oncology Laboratory </strong>is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled young research fellow.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">The candidate will contribute to a 5-year research project aimed at developing a personalized, pan-cancer platform for adoptive T cell therapy in solid tumors, with the goal of advancing precision immunotherapy toward clinical translation.</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">The position is structured as an integrated 5-year career path: a pre-doctoral year focused on laboratory integration and technical training, whit the opportunities by enrollment in a PhD program and a final post-doctoral year dedicated to translational development and dissemination of results.</span></p> <p><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><strong>Main responsibilities</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• processing and handling of patient-derived biological samples according to established protocols</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• generation and maintenance of primary cell cultures, including patient-derived immune cells and organoids</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• design and execution of functional assays to assess immune cell activity and specificity</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• application of molecular biology and cell engineering techniques within the project workflow</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• contributing to the optimization and troubleshooting of experimental protocols</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• accurate documentation of experimental procedures and results</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• updating and maintaining databases of patient samples and reagents</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• providing general support for laboratory operations within the scope of the project</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><strong>Profile</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• Master&apos;s degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedicine, or a related discipline</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• hands-on experience in molecular biology techniques (including viral vector production or transduction of mammalian cells) and in basic cell biology, is essential is essential</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• knowledge of basic immunology is highly desirable</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• experience with flow cytometry is a plus</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• once trained, ability to work independently and take ownership of experimental tasks</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• organized and detail-oriented; ability to maintain accurate and rigorous documentation</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• collaborative mindset; ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• genuine interest in translational cancer research</span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">• fluency in English (working language of the laboratory)</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif"><strong>Offer</strong></span><br><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif">This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to cutting-edge research in personalized cancer immunotherapy.
