We look forward to hearing from you.</p> <p> </p><div> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated<strong> Lead Electrical Engineer </strong>to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the electrical engineering scope, leading delivery across a range of complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You will play a critical role in shaping project outcomes, providing technical leadership across feasibility, detailed engineering, and delivery phases. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team while contributing to technically challenging and impactful work.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the electrical engineering scope across feasibility and detailed design phases</li> <li>Prepare and review technical deliverables including specifications and design reports</li> <li>Contribute to capital cost estimates and project schedules</li> <li>Provide technical support during construction and commissioning</li> <li>Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes</li> <li>Mentor and develop junior and emerging engineers within the team</li> <li>Ensure compliance with QA/QC processes, standards, and internal procedures</li> <li>Champion a strong safety culture across all work activities</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong><br>You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and bring experience aligned with CPEng-level capability. You have strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, with a track record of delivering compliant, high-quality engineering outcomes.
