We look forward to hearing from you.</p> <p> </p><p><strong>Lead Estimator – Riyadh , KSA</strong></p> <p>Hatch is supporting Ma’aden’s Project Elevate—one of the Kingdom’s most ambitious mining and infrastructure growth programs—and we are looking for an experienced <strong>Lead Estimator</strong> to join our EPCM team in the Middle East.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead the development of capital cost estimates (AACE Class 5 to Class 1) for large multi-disciplinary EPCM projects</li> <li>Prepare Basis of Estimate (BoE) and Estimating Plans</li> <li>Develop first-principles and factored estimates, including direct/indirect costs</li> <li>Review quantity take-offs across civil, structural, piping, and E&I</li> <li>Conduct commercial bid evaluations for vendors and contractors</li> <li>Support cost baseline development, cash flow, and escalation forecasting</li> <li>Monitor cost performance, variations, and claims during execution</li> <li>Interface with clients and stakeholders through reporting and presentations</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>About You</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred)</li> <li>10–15 years of estimating experience in mining, metals, or energy projects (EPCM preferred)</li> <li>Experience across full project lifecycle (study through execution)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of construction practices and productivity factors</li> <li>Familiar with estimating tools (Candy preferred)</li> <li>Excellent client-facing and communication skills</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Language</strong></p> <p>English required; Arabic is an asset</p><p> </p> <p>Why join us?</p> <ul> <li>Work with <a href="https://bit.ly/36124ja" target="_blank" rel="noopener">great people</a> to make a difference</li> <li>Collaborate on exciting <a href="http://bit.ly/HatchProjects" target="_blank" rel="noopener">projects</a> to develop innovative solutions</li> <li><a href="https://bit.ly/3p39hIa" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Top employer</a></li> </ul> <p><br><br>What we offer you?</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Flexible work environment</li> <li>Long term career development</li> <li>Think globally, work locally</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Don't meet every single requirement?
