What's exciting about the role The Systems Integration Engineer (IE) will play a critical role in enabling Verifone’s customers and partners to successfully integrate with our payment solutions. This includes both device-based and non-device integrations. You will work closely with customers, guiding them through validation processes, troubleshooting issues, and escalating internally when needed. This is a customer-facing, hands-on technical role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Skills and Experience we desire
Hands-on programming experience in Java and/or Kotlin Experience with REST API development and integration Familiarity with Android development and Android Studio Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, GIT, and Postman. Ability to work in a self-learning environment and manage tasks independently. Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations effectively. Exposure to Swift, .NET, and Python programming. Experience in payment systems or related industries (preferred but not required).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in integration engineering or software development.
