The role involves: <ul> <li>Successfully executing individual project scrubs.</li> <li>Preventing value leakage during these project scrubs, which is critical for maximizing project value.</li> <li>Providing peer-to-peer leadership to the project managers responsible for individual project scrubs.</li> <li>Creating and executing a rolling 12-month schedule for these project scrubs.</li> </ul> Job Duties/Responsibilities <ol> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;color:black">Maximize project value: Lead and direct individual project scrubs from inception to completion, focusing on maximizing value and eliminating waste. Facilitate collaboration and continuous improvement: Facilitate dynamic scrub workshops to drive collaboration and problem-solving through probing questions.
