Work Place Flexibility: Hybrid Legal Entity: Entergy Services, LLC JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE: The Project Controls Manager leads the preparation of cost, schedule and risk deliverables for large, complex power projects in the development phase. Works with Project Team and contract partners to develop cost and schedule estimates, facilitate internal and external approvals and support preparation of regulatory and permitting applications. Works directly with Project Teams to ensure alignment with Entergy’s stage gate process and to ensure that proper project controls tools and processes are implemented. Leads the risk assessment process to ensure project and program-specific risks are captured. Performs qualitative and quantitative risk assessment (QRA) and associated contingency estimate development and approval. Supports project business case development and lessons learned process to meet or exceed Entergy's stage gate process requirements and project management standards. Provides direct oversight, coaching and support to Project Controls Specialist and Cost Analyst throughout project development. Integrates with and supports Project Management team as needed to ensure successful project development. Ensures comprehensive project cost, schedule, and risk controls are implemented on Entergy projects and ensures projects have reliable cost and schedule estimates. Ensures contract agreements reflect project controls requirements. Support process enhancement initiatives as required.
