<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Purpose</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>The Fleet Instructor is responsible for providing some of the training, Instruction, coaching, mentoring and competence assessment of offshore and onshore personnel in a specific discipline: Cargo, Electrical, Process, Instrumentation, Safety, Mechanical, Rigging & Lifting, Mooring Master and MOME. The Fleet Instructor has the authority support the nationalization on board and the offshore crew development.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>1) Gain knowledge, understanding and Compliance of Management System</li> <li>1 Fulfil responsibilities as described in GEMS and make familiar with the documents relevant to your discipline and to HSSE</li> <li>2) Perform the competencies assessment and support the CAS deployment on board</li> <li>1 Develop and present high quality and effective theoretical and practical training and / or coaching & mentoring events for all level of staff as required by current and future business needs.</li> <li>2 Deliver high quality competence assessments on fleet FPSO units or where required in line with national and international standards</li> <li>3 Identification and use of best practice in development of material and delivery of training, coaching and competence assessment</li> <li>4 Apply national and industry standards to training products where appropriate with the use of technology</li> <li>5 Maintain personal skills against the requirements of the role</li> <li>6 Support innovation and continuous improvement in development and delivery of training and coaching materials</li> <li>3) Develop and maintain effective working relationships</li> <li>1 Treat colleagues, third party contractors and visitors in a manner which promotes and maintain goodwill and in line with the Company Standard</li> <li>2 Contribute to the safety of trainees, colleagues, third party contractors and visitors by taking positive action and making them aware of current procedures</li> <li>3 Ensure welfare and progress is discussed regularly with trainees by following best practice</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>HNC/HND or equivalent in mechanical Engineering preferred or Chief Engineer Certificate as per STCW Reg AIII/2.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experience</H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Recognized qualification in training and / or education (Assessor / Verifier Awards or equivalent)</li> <li>Minimum 5 years in the Oil and Gas Industry with appropriate mix of operational, training, and supervisory experience. </li> <li>Proven effectiveness and initiative in training, coaching, development and assessment of technical personnel. </li> <li>Proficiency in English at a minimum of B1 level according to the CEFR international standard</li> <li>Medically fit according to The Company GEMS Instruction Health Requirements to Work Offshore.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Functional Competencies</H2> </div><div><div>Offshore - Handover</div><div>Offshore - Emergency Response</div><div>Offshore - Competence Assurance</div><div>Offshore - Reports</div><div>Offshore - Diagnosis and Fault Finding</div><div>Offshore - Planning Work</div><div>Offshore - Dismantling, Repair and Reassemble Equipment</div><div>Offshore - Safety Management - HOD</div><div>Offshore - Condition Monitoring</div></div></div></div>
