You coordinate effort across Project, Supply Chain, Vendors, Operation Readiness and Operations teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth start-up of the operations.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">You are responsible for acknowledging deliverables and following up the contract and budget allocated to the Spare Parts Scope</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You provide input and follow-up project control scheduling build</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You coordinate the project and KPIs set up according to schedule.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You are responsible for on-time completion of the spares data availability in the CMMS.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You coordinate the project Operational and Capital spares selection and procurement process and complete on-time delivery of the spare parts to their final destination.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You ensure activities are completed with consistency and in line with both Client and project requirements while complying with planning, quality, and budget constraints</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You set up and keep up to date the Project Spares List including priorities, budget and forecasts figures.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You expedite, review and verify vendor equipment documentation and spares recommendations (SPILs)</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You coordinate Spare Parts Coordinators, Admins and Engineers assigned to the project</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You are responsible for establishing an integrated relationship with CMMS Delivery project team</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You liaise with Package Managers, Project Buyer, Logistics Expeditor, Yard, Shorebase, Storekeepers, Vendors to ensure on time and complete delivery</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You develop periodic detailed and high level status/progress reports covering analysis, procurement, delivery, priority and cost forecast</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You gather Lessons learned and share with other affected parties while contributing to continuous improvement of Spares selection and procurement processes</li><li style="text-align:justify"> You coordinate the handover to Operations team</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">HNC Level qualification in an associated business or Engineering discipline.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experience</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">Minimum 5 years experience of Materials/Inventory Control and Logistics in the offshore oil or marine industry.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Computer literate especially in EXCEL and VBA</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Functional Competencies</H2> </div><div><div>Workforce planning</div><div>Analytics and reporting</div><div>Plant Layout - FPSO Layout</div><div>Integrity and Reliability - Computarized Maintenance Management System</div><div>Sub-contracting</div><div>Change Management</div><div>Risk Management</div><div>Planning</div><div>Master Data Set-up and Interface</div></div></div></div>
