The Bulk Manager has an advising role to the Project Delivery Manager(s).</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">Prepare and maintain the Material Control Management Plan,</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Setting up Material Control procedures and the implementation thereof,</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Implement and setup the Enterprise Resource Manager (ERM), the material control system,</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Interface with Engineering, Supply Chain and Construction regarding the material control process, in terms of alignment of issued data, revisions thereof and technical support,</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Responsible for issuing data to Supply Chain and the Constructions Yards for procurement,</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Eensure changes in the project, impacting the materials, are followed up and closed out,</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Define and adjust the wastages as per project requirement,</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Responsible for the control of bulk materials at construction site and timely and correctly registration and documentation thereof,</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Advise Delivery managers by providing Workfront and Risk Analysis,</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Interface with Project Cost Control to provide material data for forecasting and estimating purposes.</li><li style="text-align:justify"> Responsible for the usage of the surplus during the project and the consolidation at the end of the project,</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">Bachelor degree in a relevant engineering discipline or a cost engineering study.
