Our goal is to provide customer service at the highest level.</p> <p>We work in a hybrid system (3/2 – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote). We focus on direct contact with people, team integration, exchange of experiences and learning together.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>To bring value to our Customers and to Company by supplying a quality product and service in a timely and cost-effective manner safely,</li> <li>Manage existing accounts and establish the relationship,</li> <li>Develop and strengthen contact with new customers,</li> <li>Accept customer orders and perform timely and accurate order entry into SAP system following the actual processes, also to check if all conditions are in line with sales agreement</li> <li>Respond to customers inquiries within agreed timescales and efficiently meet deadlines,</li> <li>Responsible for the Customer Data in SAP,</li> <li>Act as liaison between Customer, Sales, Order Fulfillment and Production,</li> <li>Receiving and logging customer complaints,</li> <li>Process credit/debit notes</li> <li>Coordinate return of goods from customers or local warehouses.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px"><b>Required Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Knowledge of English at an advanced level (min.
