This role is critical in driving cost efficiencies, supplier performance, and value creation through effective sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement across our APAC and EMEA sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of external manufacturing process combined with excellent negotiation and analytical skills. style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><strong>Supplier Management:</strong> Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage supplier relationships to ensure alignment sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><strong>Contract Negotiation:</strong> Lead negotiations and contract development for initiatives ranging up to $1M USD, with favorable terms and risk sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><strong>Spend Analysis:</strong> Analyze spend data to identify savings opportunities, demand trends, and supplier consolidation options.</span></li> <li Engagement:</strong> Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations and engineering, in our APAC and EMEA markets, to understand requirements and deliver procurement solutions.</span></li> Intelligence:</strong> Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks to inform sourcing decisions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black"><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Drive continuous improvement in Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field (Masters or Supply Chain certification preferred).</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">5+ years of procurement experience, with demonstrated proficiencies for commercial negotiation in external manufacturing.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Prior direct sourcing experience in a global or muti-national industrial manufacturing firm</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Demonstrated commercial relationship management and supplier development skills</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Strong English and German language skills, both written and verbal</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Proven track record of delivering commercial value through negotiated sourcing and supplier management, including conducting RFPs.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Strong negotiations, analytical, and communication skills.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Proficiency in procurement systems (e.g., SAP, SAC, Ariba, etc.) including PO creation (P2P), release and update pricing info records and relevant data analysis and proficiency tools, i.e. Microsoft Office.</span></li> <li style="color:black"><span style="color:black">Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the
