<div> <h2><strong>Hotel Sales Executive</strong></h2> <p> </p> <p><strong>Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa – London, UK</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa is a 4‑star hotel ideally located between Battersea Park, the River Thames, and the iconic Battersea Power Station, within London’s vibrant Chelsea Wharf development. The hotel offers 217 bedrooms, eight meeting rooms, a restaurant, bar, and gym, welcoming both leisure and corporate guests.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated <strong>Hotel Sales Executive</strong> to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and lead our proacive initiatives across corporate, groups, and MICE segments.</p> </div> <p> </p> <div> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in line with the hotel’s budget and revenue targets.</li> <li>Plan and execute client meetings, familiarisation trips, site inspections, sales blitzes, mailings, and other creative sales activities to establish and maintain strong client relationships.</li> <li>Acquire new corporate clients and groups, proactively searching for new accounts</li> <li>Manage and respond to corporate RFPs, including contracting and maintaining corporate accounts.</li> <li>Handle, convert, and contract MICE and group enquiries effectively.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials that clearly communicate the hotel’s value proposition.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of the strategic sales plan, annual sales goals, budgets, forecasts, and action plans.</li> <li>Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.</li> <li>Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and revenue management to maximise revenue opportunities.</li> <li>Ensure all client data in Opera and Salesforce is accurate and up to date.</li> <li>Prepare and present bi-weekly sales reports to the Director of Sales and the Hotel General Manager.</li> </ul> </div> <p> </p> <div> <h3><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Proactive, autonomous, and creative with a positive, solutions‑driven attitude.</li> <li>Flexible and adaptable with a strong “can‑do” mindset.</li> <li>Commercially driven with a strong hunter approach to new business development.</li> <li>Proven experience in the London market, with a strong focus on corporate and MICE business.</li> <li>Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally within hospitality.</li> <li>Previous experience in Meetings & Events is an advantage.</li> <li>Experience using Opera, Salesforce, and Cvent is preferred.</li> <li>Fluent in English.</li> <li>Must be based in, or able to commute within, the London area.</li> </ul> </div>
