Your chance <ul> <li>Plans the electrical equipment for conversion and new construction measures</li> <li>Organizes the use of personnel, machines, materials and resources according to criteria of economy and deadlines</li> <li>Coordinates the cooperation between your own area, the departments of factory technology, production and, if necessary, external companies</li> <li>Monitors the commissioning of electrical operating equipment in accordance with specifications</li> <li>Analyzes weaknesses and optimization opportunities and initiates improvements</li> <li>Follows and analyzes technical developments, as well as checks and implements possible uses</li> <li>Optimized maintenance schedules</li> <li>Ensures and plans and coordinates all maintenance and necessary repair work on electronic operating equipment</li> <li>Manages repairs by external parties after coordination with the responsible cost managers</li> <li>Promotes a respectful work environment and recruits, develops and retains human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated and productive workforce.
