Or, as we like to put it: BENTELER makes it happen!</span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p><p><span style=""><span style="Times New Roman', serif"><strong><u><span style="Arial', sans-serif">Core Responsibilities:</span></u></strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Adapts and implements the global and regional HR strategy within the area of responsibility</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Implements global and regional policies and programs; adapts if necessary, according to local needs</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develops and improves local HR policies and programs addressing internal and external changes/challenges</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Conducts an anticipatory recruitment to ensure adequate staffing in terms of quantity and quality; manages local staffing needs (permanent and temporary)</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ensures competitive compensation and benefit packages according to internal policies and regulations as well as labor law and council/union agreements; optimizes personnel costs considering aspects such as productivity, profitability and job satisfaction</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ensures the continuous qualification of employees by developing concepts and organizing respective trainings</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Advises on organizational structures and changes and supports reorganizations</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ensures the timely and adequate processing of the monthly payroll settlement including the related time management and administration processes</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ensures accurate and timely KPI and performance reporting. Derives and initiates permanent corrective actions in case of deviations and monitors the implementation and effectiveness</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ensures professional support of supervisors and employees concerning HR related issues</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Advises Management Team concerning HR topics</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Participates and/or leads global/regional projects/ initiatives</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Supports expatriate and inpatriate management</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Cooperates with external organizations and public authorities</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Establishes and maintains an effective, efficient and motivated HR workforce, organization and processes</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Promotes a respectful work environment and recruits, develops and retains human resources to maintain a qualified, motivated and productive workforce. Uses standard HR tools e.g. the appraisal process to provide regular feedback and agree upon tasks and goals with respective employees</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Manage KPIs: FTE number, Voluntary turnover rate and Overtime Cost</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Apply cost reduction strategies to generate savings, related to HR</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Determine disciplinary measures for personnel based on RIT and LFT</span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="">Authorize expenses related to personnel (payroll increases, events, training, compensation, etc.) according to budget and established policies.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong><u>Job Requirements:</u></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style="">BA/BS in a Human Resources related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
