Core Responsibilities <ul> <li>Retrieve job related information (job routings, part drawing, tool list, work-instruction, in-process inspection sheet).</li> <li>Complete inspection of first part per process instruction.</li> <li>Inspect threaded ends to ensure all elements are within governing specifications.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of standard thread gauging devices and practices.</li> <li>Inspect and document parts according to in-process inspection sheet requirements.</li> <li>Set up, verify calibration, and maintain good working condition of measuring equipment.</li> <li>Document completion of all required processes by QMS system.</li> <li>Demonstrate basic manufacturing line knowledge and participate in process improvement.</li> <li>Achieve production output and quality per standards.</li> <li>Complete tasks as assigned with limited supervision.</li> <li>Assists CNC operator with machine offset adjustments utilizing thread element readings.</li> <li>Assists other inspectors in validation of threading elements or defects.</li> <li>Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety procedures.</li> <li>Participate the execution of housekeeping programs required to ensure facility cleanliness.</li> <li>Provide end-of-shift report detailing activities of the shift.</li> <li>Provide hands on assistance and support as needed for maintenance personnel.</li> </ul> Job Requirements: <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li>Minimum 5 years’ experience industrial manufacturing and operational activities.</li> <li>Minimum of one year of threading experience with Semi-Premium threads and/or API threads.</li> <li>Seamless Pipe Mill experience preferred.</li> <li>Seamless Tube Threading Shop experience preferred.</li> <li>Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems experience.</li> <li>Ability to read technical drawings.</li> <li>Experience using measuring tools and gages including optical comparator and overlays.</li> </ul> Your contact <div class="csb-contact-plugin"> Samantha Ann Metoyer BENTELER Human Resources Phone: +1 318 216-4187 <a href=""></a> </div> Your new employer The BENTELER Group always has the answer.
