Core Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive Reliability Centered Maintenance strategy for plant- based upon business needs.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify and assist in the implementation of best practices related to reliability improvements across site.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Guide efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Apply appropriate reliability tools to drive improvements, optimize costs, and improve asset effectiveness (i.e., Bad Actor Program, FMEA, RBI, RBM, RCM, Reliability Roadmap, etc.).</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics for proactive identification and resolution of reliability issues.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets to find ways to reduce those losses or high costs through root cause analysis, plan approval, and facilitate implementation.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFAs) and corrective actions for complex and/or repetitive problems. Participate in reliability related incident investigations, prioritize action items, and follow-up on implementation.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify, develop, and implement engineered improvements and projects for chronic or repetitive issues.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Improve overall plant reliability through PM effectiveness tracking, corrective work orders, and PM process improvements.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Development of critical equipment list, critical instrument list, and critical spare parts inventory.
