Where you fit in: As our Regulatory Project Manager, you will: <ul> <li>Create and execute project work plans, revising as necessary to meet changing requirements.</li> <li>Prepares high-level business cases, recognising costs and benefits to support project sponsors.</li> <li>Manages resources in collaboration with functional managers, sponsors, and sub-contractors.</li> <li>Leads, scopes, and manages projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.</li> <li>Produces high-quality reports on ROI, risk, business case, and implementation plans.</li> <li>Promotes new ideas and drives project opportunities through collaboration with partners, contractors, and suppliers.</li> <li>Manages stakeholdersand ensures effective communication plans are in place.</li> <li>Represents the organisation with regulators, coordinates regulatory submissions, and provides regulatory analysis and support.</li> </ul> What skills & qualifications you will need: <ul> <li>Experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, from planning through to delivery.</li> <li>A recognised project management qualification, such as PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving high performance.</li> <li>Experience in business planning, resource management, and budget control.</li> <li>The ability to think strategically and deliver plans that achieve business objectives.</li> <li>Experience leading change, influencing stakeholders, and embedding positive behaviours.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret, communicate, and present information effectively at all levels.</li> <li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence and collaborate across the organisation.</li> </ul> You will also benefit from having: <ul> <li>Knowledge of the Regulatory framework and legislation relevant to the Water Industry.</li> <li>Previous experience gained within the water or wastewater sectors or within the broader utilities, process or manufacturing industry sectors.</li> <li>Experience in a commercially orientated environment, in strategic leadership and / or an operational role.</li> <li>Experience of enabling and embedding change, able to influence and drive right culture and behaviours</li> </ul> Although we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it’s important to us that we support flexible working patterns and job share options (when we can), to help you make the best of both your work and home life.
