This role will be focused on the strategic oversight of material costs, New Product Introduction (NPI), pricing roll outs, and quote validation. The Manager acts as the primary bridge between internal stakeholders (Sourcing, Engineering, Finance) and external customers, ensuring that pricing is competitive, audited, and aligned with market commodity trends. Ensure all quotes are validated against market benchmarks before customer presentation.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Lead the pricing strategy for NPI projects, ensuring seamless transition from initial bid to Mass Production.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish and oversee consistent tracking methods to maintain price baselines over long cycles (months/years).
