You will lead a team of FSAs as they conduct new technology research, analyze market trends, manage customer relationships, and guide Celestica’s design team within the compute / storageing product sector. Your contributions will help influence and execute department and company strategy.</p> <p><br>This is a leadership role that requires a broad understanding of a mix of hardware and software/firmware, mechanical, thermal, layout, SI, and test teams in the context of system architecture. It is essential to effectively align with the R&D team and possess customer-facing experience interacting with architects and R&D professionals from OEM and Hyperscalar market segments. A strong knowledge of compute / storage product design across various market segments, including enterprise access, data center infrastructure, and Telco data communications, is required. You should be experienced in the implementation considerations and trade-offs between cost-effective lower-end systems and complex modular high-performance compute / storage chassis systems.
