This role serves as the key interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution, strong relationships, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Detailed Description</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Act as the main point of contact for customers and build strong relationships</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Understand customer needs and drive program success</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage end-to-end programs to ensure timely delivery and commitment alignment including FG shipment, RMA handling and spot-buy activities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet OTD, inventory management, operation revenue and quality targets</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Oversee daily operations and work closely with the production planner, including order fulfilment and shipments</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Analyse demand forecasts vs production capacity, identify risks, and resolve supply constraints.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strategically load all customer demands into system.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track milestones, resolve issues, and ensure on-time project completion</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor on SCM performance and material readiness (CTB)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare quotation and ensure customer satisfied and accept the quote.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Manage backlog priorities and adapt to changing customer needs</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Identify opportunities for improvement and business growth</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Knowledge/Skills/Competencies</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Degree in Operation Management / Engineering / Planning related field</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Total 6 to 8 years of relevant experience with 4+ years</strong> in <strong>semiconductor</strong></span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication and presentation skills</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools (macros preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge of SAP and MRP is advantageous</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">PMP certification is a plus</span></li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Celestica is an equal opportunity employer.
