You will be responsible for building the infrastructure that tracks how our product performs—both technically and commercially. Your mission is to transform raw data into actionable insights that prevent churn, optimize the user funnel, and ensure our features are delivering maximum value.</p> <p>.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Detailed Description</H2> </div><div><p>Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Dashboard Ownership:</strong> Design, build, and maintain real-time performance dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.</li> <li><strong>Anomaly Detection:</strong> Monitor daily product health and proactively alert the team to significant shifts in user behavior or system performance.</li> <li><strong>Funnel Optimization:</strong> Analyze the user journey to identify friction points. You will explain <em>why</em> users drop off and suggest data-backed UX improvements.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Act as the liaison between Engineering (monitoring system uptime/latency) and Product Management (monitoring feature adoption).</li> <li><strong>Impact Assessment:</strong> Conduct post-launch analysis for every new feature to measure success against original KPIs.</li> <li><strong>Data Integrity:</strong> Work with engineers to ensure event tracking (segmentation, telemetry) is accurately implemented.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Knowledge/Skills/Competencies</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><strong>Technical Proficiency:</strong> Advanced <strong>SQL</strong> skills are required.
